SIMON BYE, DIRECTOR
Fully Qualified, 18th edition electrician
With over 30 years of experience in the domestic electrical industry, Simon has worked on an enormous range of domestic projects, from 'bread-and-butter' electrical work to multi-million pound smart homes.
​
He started off his journey as an electrician with Eastern Electricity, qualifying in 1994, and progressing his skill base in domestic installs for a total of 10 years.
After spending a further 4 years on the tools with local electrical companies, he started SJB Electrical Services, now known as SJB Electrical Contracting Ltd, building an extensive client base and connections with local building contractors.

The electrical industry has transformed in recent years with exciting new technology and opportunities available. Simon and his team have completed the EV Charging Installations Course (2921) and have a passion for installing and wiring EV chargers, heat pumps, heating systems, smart technology and solar add-ons such as the Solar iBoost+.
